I am passionate about really listening to the people I work with - understanding their goals, and what will be achievable and realistic for them. I love building a true partnership with each person.
My areas of interest include cerebral palsy and similar conditions, chromosomal disorders, hydrotherapy and equipment prescription. However, I enjoy working with all neurological conditions.

Tess Durack
Senior Occupational Therapist
I have been an Occupational Therapist since 2004 and have worked in a variety of areas, predominantly with a hand and upper limb focus. I have worked in both public and private hand therapy clinics since 2007, moving into upper limb rehabilitation in the State Rehabilitation Service in 2015 and working with clients with any upper limb dysfunction relating to trauma, disease (i.e. rheumatology) and neurological conditions.
Working in this area I have developed a particular interest in working with people of any age with upper limb loss or limb difference which is my primary focus at Enhance Motion.
I provide Occupational therapy interventions to assist people with upper limb differences to meet their functional goals including prescription of equipment and assistive aids, splint/cuff fabrication and prosthetic training to assist clients to learn to use their prosthetics to their full potential.
